Dave Specht is the Commerical Regional Director at KW Commerical, headquartered in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. Specht and KW Commerical serve clients in all aspects of commercial real estate.
Andre Watson,

Andre Watson is the Director of KW Commercial, located in Philadelphia. In this role, Andre specializes in investment sales on behalf of business owners and investors. He also provides clients with consultation in market evaluation, lease analysis and contract negotiations. Andre takes pride in delivering custom solutions by leveraging his expert knowledge of the local market, with over nine years of experience in real estate. His past clients include churches, Hotel Owners, local developers, and investors. Andre also has extensive experience working with property owners selling an array of assets, including hotels and churches.
Brendan Ryan,

Brendan Joined KW Commercial Real Estate in 2014. Previously, he worked as a Center City Leasing and Investment Broker for SSH Real Estate (2002 - 2014), and prior to that The Flynn Company (1998 - 2002). His more than twenty years of experience has provided him a solid platform to effectively analyze and negotiate both the business and financial terms of lease and investment transactions.Brendan is licensed in both PA and NJ and has negotiated and been involved in thousands of leases and many sizable investment sales primarily in the Center City Philadelphia market as well as numerous referral transactions throughout the country.
Ben Reiff,
Managing Director
Ben Reiff serves as Managing Director of KW Commercial’s Philadelphia Office, where he provides clients with a full range of Real Estate Services, including Investment Sales, Landlord Representation, Tenant Representation, Sublease Agency, Retail and Restaurant Consulting, and General Consulting. He has worked with all types of real estate owners/users, including banks, retail and restaurant users, institutional owners, industrial owners, and has done multiple market transactions for office and retail clients across the country.

Devan Roberts,

Commercial Real Estate Broker in the Associate Director position at KW Commercial, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Charlie Glassen,

With a degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh, Mr Classen has worked in every aspect of the Real Estate industry. Mr Classen took the role of Multi-Family Specialist at Marcus & Millichap, where he maintained a large client base and offered Commercial Real Estate Brokerage. Mr Classen joined he Philly Apartment Company in 2011 and today, has moved on to take more of a role on the brokerage side and development side of the company. With multiple projects in Greater Philadlephia, Mr Classen is poised to establish himself as one of the premier boutique developers and deal-makers.

Mark Andrade,

Mark Andrade was born and raised in New York City. Education took him to Philadelphia, PA where he earned a bachelors in International Business from Saint Joseph's University. Andrade has resided in the area now for the past 6 years. His interest in commercial real estate stemmed at a young age from a curiosity of where businesses he entered came from and how they were able to become successful and well-known establishments in their community. After joining KW Commercial in 2016, Andrade has established himself in sales, purchases, and lease transaction in light industrial, offices, and warehouses. Kyle Reighard,

Kyle Reighard is a Self-Storage Specialist advisor for KW Commercial. In this role, Reighard has a singular focus on the national self-storage market. This allows him to expertly underwrite, analyze, and market properties in a thorough and precise manner. His knowledge of the current self-storage market, who it is composed of, and where it is trending allows him to advise you with sound generational wealth-producing decisions. Reighard is also a U.S. Army Military Police Corps combat veteran with 2 deployments overseas and attended the Bloomsburg University of PA.
